In the situation, where cockroach infestation is heavy & wide spreadand requires immediate control, we carry out conventional spray treatments. We treat all the crack & crevices by injecting residual insecticide using a syringe. We also spray all cockroach

Do not wash those surfaces for about two days. Thereby the residual effect of the insecticide will not be reduced. The crawling insects, which may not have been reached at the time of spraying the insecticide, come out from their places of hiding at night. When they move over these surfaces that have been sprayed with insecticide, they die. The crawling insects, which have remained in hiding during the treatment, are killed within 3-4 days after the treatment.

Bed bugs live on human blood for survival. They generally hide in mattress seam and bed cracks. They may also hide in furniture and cracks & crevices in the wall. They spread mainly by baggage and clothing of travelers and visitors, bedding material and furniture. The treatment is done by spraying the insecticide, especially in the seams of the mattress and other places infested by bed bugs. The bed bugs die on contact with the insecticide. The treatment may have to be repeated within a fortnight to ensure complete eradication of bed bugs if there is again create bedbug problem. There will be no extra cost for the repeat service. 1. Soil (External Treatment)
A chemical barrier is created between the termites in the soil and the building that has to be protected. This is achieved in the following manner: If there exists a concrete cover or masonry apron around the walls of your building, holes are drilled as close as possible to the plinth wall about 30 cm (12″) apart from each other. Insecticide is then poured, so that it reaches the soil and creates a chemical barrier to eliminate the termites present there and to stop them from re-infesting. If your building is on pillars, the holes are drilled around the pillars and insecticide poured into the soil.
The Base of The Masonry Walls (Internal Treatment)
The internal treatment of base of masonry walls and treatment of woodwork is carried out as per the one-year maintenance contract. Termites, which originate from the soil are controlled effectively when your building is treated at the ground level as per the above mentioned method.
Vulnerable Wooden Portions of the Building
Further, on all floors, wood work like doors and windows, which are highly susceptible to termite attack are also protected by treating them with the drilling operation. Spot treatment of spraying on infested areas in the walls and ceiling is also carried out.

STAGE I: – Foundation Trench Treatment:Treatment of sides & bottom surface of foundation up to height of 300mm is carried out by spraying water based insecticide @ 5L/m².This treatment is carried out after the excavation is over and before laying the concrete.
STAGE II: Backfilled Soil Treatment: – We treat the backfill earth in immediate contact with the foundation by spraying water based insecticide @ 7.5L/ m².
STAGE III: Under Floor Treatment :– We treat top surface of the consolidated earth within plinth wall with water based insecticide @ 5L/m².After the soil has been filled up to plinth level and properly compacted before sand filling , the entire carpet area is grouted and chemical emulsion injected under pressure in the entire carpet area.
STAGE IV: Treatment along exterior wall perimeter:– We treat the earth along external perimeter of the building after completion after rodding at 15cm interval to a depth of 30cm to expose the foundation wall surface @ 7.5L/ m² of vertical surface with water based insecticide.

SOURCE REDUCTION
Adult flying mosquitoes often rest in tall grass and shrubbery, but they cannot develop there. All mosquitoes need water to complete their life cycle. Some mosquitoes lay their eggs in standing water where they hatch in just a day or two. Other mosquitoes may lay their eggs in old tires, tin cans, potted plants or other water-holding containers. The eggs may remain un-hatched for weeks or even months until they are covered with water.

Unused wells and tanks should be closed or destroyed. Wells that are being used and ornamental tanks can be treated with biological larvicides that do not harm the quality of drinking water. Also, these wells should be covered with either mosquito-proof nets or with plastic sheets

SPRAYING
In this treatment, we spray a colourless and odourless insecticide on the walls and other surfaces in the interiors. This insecticide is harmless for human beings. The mosquitoes sit on the wall, come in contact with the insecticide and die. This is a one-time service with expected efficacy of one month. The endophilic malaria vectors that rest inside the houses after taking a blood meal are killed when they come in contact with the insecticide and thus transmission of disease is prevented. Killing of adult female mosquitoes also results in a net reduction in mosquito population.
LARVICIDING
A larvicidal treatment kills mosquitoes before they mature. We control mosquito larvae by treating with mosquito larvicidal chemicals.We will advise the society about potential mosquito breeding sites during routine inspections that can then be acted upon by local facility management team. Wood-boring insects such as powder Post Beetles cause untold damage to furniture and other wooden articles. Infestations are characterized by a yellowish powder or frass, which falls from the tunnels excavated by the larvae and shot-holes, from which the adults emerge.
They are very destructive and reduce precious wood into dust. Wood borers are about 4mm long and dark brown to black in color. They spend their life in wood. And thus they live in their food.
They lay eggs in cracks / pores in wood. Life cycle of the insect is unlike animals or human beings. The egg hatch to become larva, then pupa and finally the adult.
The larva starts eating voraciously on wood. The powder or dust falling from the holes in the wood is the excreta of the borers and undigested cellulose of wood. The adults finally emerge by making tiny pin size holes. The life cycle of woodborers is about one year.

Flies Control TREATMENT
Chemical Control
While the use of pesticides is usually not the best means of managing filth fly problems, sometimes chemical control can be a valuable component of an integrated fly management program. Pesticide-releasing fly strips can be placed in attics and smaller, unoccupied enclosed rooms where filth flies are a problem. Contact (non-residual) pesticides are applied as a space treatment (fogged) to kill adult flies. This type of control provides only temporary relief and cannot be relied upon to eliminate the problem. Residual pesticides – those that remain active for some time – can be applied to outdoor surfaces where flies rest, such as the outside surfaces of restaurants, housing societies, commercial buildings, offices etc and public area.
