POST CONSTRUCTION TERMITE TREATMENT
Termite Treatment uses a DRILL-FILL-SEAL technique that creates a chemical barrier to kills termites during their movement.
Holes are drilled at 45° angles above skirting tiles.(depending on the flooring) at precisely 1 to 2 Foot distance along walls, filled with Termiticide Solution & sealed with chalk & white cement.
Treatment to termite tubes
Visible shelter mud tubes are first sprayed, to control the existing movement of termites. The mud tube will be then removed and treatment will be given to the infested area.

5 Year Warranty Contract
This service is provided for the entire building or structure where all the sides are accessible for the treatment at ground level from outside.Pre Construction Anti-Termite Control Service: – (5 Year Warranty)
This contract comes with a 5 – Year Warranty for the entire building or structure.

Soil (External Treatment)
A chemical barrier is created between the termites in the soil and the building that has to be protected. This is achieved in the following manner: If there exists a concrete cover or masonry apron around the walls of your building, holes are drilled as close as possible to the plinth wall about 30 cm (12″) apart from each other. Insecticide is then poured, so that it reaches the soil and creates a chemical barrier to eliminate the termites present there and to stop them from re-infesting. If your building is on pillars, the holes are drilled around the pillars and insecticide poured into the soil.
The Base of The Masonry Walls (Internal Treatment)
The internal treatment of base of masonry walls and treatment of woodwork is carried out as per the one-year maintenance contract. Termites, which originate from the soil are controlled effectively when your building is treated at the ground level as per the above mentioned method.
Vulnerable Wooden Portions of the Building
Further, on all floors, wood work like doors and windows, which are highly susceptible to termite attack are also protected by treating them with the drilling operation. Spot treatment of spraying on infested areas in the walls and ceiling is also carried out.
Warranty: 5 Years
In case of comprehensive anti-termite treatment of the entire building, we give a warranty of five years. Any re-infestation of termites during the warranty period is treated without any extra charge.
Frequency of Check Ups
After the initial treatment, a check up of the entire building is carried out 3 Check-Up’s for the first year.
A check up is carried out once every six months for the 2nd year.
After two years there will be an annual visit till the end of the contract period.
Post-Construction Service – 1 year contract with initial treatment and regular checkup. Free repeat treatment if necessary within the contract period.
The check up visit is to find out whether there has been any re-infestation of termites. Necessary treatment will be carried out in case of re-infestation. You can call us as and when there is re-infestation during the entire contract period of five years.
WOODEN FURNITURE SPRAY TREATMENT
We also treat the upper floors & furniture, fixture as termite can infest upper floors by gaining entry via infested building material or by swarms or by secondary colony.
Carpenter ant can be easily distinguished from termite by their dark colour narrow waist, and elbowed antennae.These ants prefer damp / rotting wood, foam &cellulose insulation. They expel wood fragment from their excavation point.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT
This is an ideal treatment carried out during the construction. The treatment is cost effective & gives long time protection against termites.We carry out anti-termite pre construction treatment as per IS 6313.
STAGE I: Foundation Trench Treatment :- Treatment of sides & bottom surface of foundation up to height of 300mm is carried out by spraying water based insecticide @ 5L/m².This treatment is carried out after the excavation is over and before laying the concrete.
STAGE II: Backfilled Soil Treatment : – We treat the backfill earth in immediate contact with the foundation by spraying water based insecticide @ 7.5L/ m².
STAGE III: Under Floor Treatment :- We treat top surface of the consolidated earth within plinth wall with water based insecticide @ 5L/m².After the soil has been filled up to plinth level and properly compacted before sand filling , the entire carpet area is grouted and chemical emulsion injected under pressure in the entire carpet area.
STAGE IV: Treatment along exterior wall perimeter :- We treat the earth along external perimeter of the building after completion after rodding at 15cm interval to a depth of 30cm to expose the foundation wall surface @ 7.5L/ m² of vertical surface with water based insecticide.
